PH Uploader woes.

Hi all. I'm not sure if I'm posting in the right section here, but it regards the PH picture uploader. Every time I take a photo of something on my phone and try to post it up from 'my documemts' on my phone, the file is usually too big (over 4000 somethings, whereas the uploader will only except up to 2000 somethings).

How do I halve the size or the quality of the pic?

It's a Samsung S7 (not the edge version).
