Can't login off a mobile device

As above. Keeps telling me username or password is incorrect, which it definitely isn't.

I've even tried resetting from the phone and changing the password but it won't recognise the login at all.

Which operating system and browser are you using?

It worked briefly after you did this.

Just tried now though and I'm back to the login not working off the mobile device.

It's an S7 on Android 6, running Chrome

We can't see an issue on the system as to why you can't log in on mobile, so what we would suggest is making sure your username is entered correctly (sometimes phones add an auto space at the end), or if your username isn't working, try your email instead. Hopefully this works for you, but let us know if not.
