This has probably been discussed, dealt with and done knowing this site but for the sake of the hard of thinking, and those too pathologically lazy to trawl, what's the update and opinion of healthcare locum workers who fall under the IR35? I'm going to be hit for about £300 a week if I'm stuck with my agency PAYE scheme and umbrella company option isn't much better. What are you doing to optimise your returns and is there a court challenge/Tory slackwencher rebellion which will reverse it?
