Orange mobile phone website problems

Hi folks,

I have tried many times to register with the Orange mobile phone website but every time I am told, "Page cannot be displayed" Same thing happens when I try to buy stuff and go to checkout.

This problem has occurred on other sites in the past but has always been due to my Zone Alarm firewall stopping me because one of the boxes in the Privacy Control was not ticked.

Now however, all the boxes are set to connect but still no joy. Orange Customer services tell me that some customers have trouble and others don't. "We don't know why"

Anyone else had this problem?

I've had every sort of problem with the Orange webshite. I would guess that the problem lies their end...

I've given up trying to use the Orange site in the past. Nothing ever worked as they said, and most of it wasn't ready.
