CIE law penalty

Under the CIE you need to keep a car taxed and insured or sorn on a driveway if not taxed or insured.

What is the penalty for being caught having the car taxed and not insured on a driveway? Is it the same as driving an uninsured car where you receive 6 points in your license or is it a fine only?
