Sweaty Head

Apologies, this doesn't quite feel like the right place to post this, but I couldn't find anywhere better.

I wear an open-faced helmet on track days and still get a very sweaty head. Any suggestions short of a full-on nomex balaclava? I'm not adverse to wearing one, but I also don't want to be the "all the gear guy"...

I wear a simple helmet liner inside my full face helmet. It is in an open car, I admit, but sweatiness is not a problem even on quite hot days.

MTB Endura head band. I only use mine for cycling but I imagine it will do the trick.
