9) rear wiper - STANDARD
10) self dimming ext mirror - STANDARD
11) illuminated vanity mirror!! - not sure
12) POSIP, side air bags. - STANDARD

I think dazren is pretty accurate.
I know that mid life (2002 onwards I believe) the spec got better :
1) Electric seats - Part electric is standard, full memory electric is an option
8) Bose sound - not 100% sure, its still an option i believe
10) self dimming ext mirror - Standard from 2002 onwards
11) illuminated vanity mirror!! - standard
From 2002 onwards I believe a glovebox was added, as was the self dipping mirror & rain sensitive wipers.

Yep after the Sti I had a Boxster S, then a C2, then a C4S & now a Turbo which I have had for the last 6 months.
The Sagaris looks fantastic but a TVR was never in my shortlist. I needed an all rounder, something I could drive every day for work, do a weekly shop in if needed then pick the kids up from school in etc. The Turbo just does all that in its stride and is still a supercar performance wise & still one of the fastest point to point car in production.
Build quality & reliability still are an issue with TVR's. A 3 year warranty is great but you still dont want to be spending half your time in TVR dealers waiting for the next fault to be fixed, regardless or not if you have to pay for it. I needed a car that would start every morning & be reliable, not something that TVR has cracked yet.
I also have a thing about safety - esp with my kids being in the car some times, so safety cells, PSM, airbags, 4WD are what I like which again the TVR's don't have....call me a wuss but hey.
Of course these are my personal reasons for selecting my cars - go drive both & decide, you sure will have a lot of fun !
