So i'm in the market for a new car,
this will only be my second car I've ever had.
my budget is around £2000
i was hoping to find a recent car with updated interior (dashboard,radio,electrics) as my last car was a 52 plate focus. obviously not recent updated interior/looks as i doubt i can find a 2015 car for £2000 aha.
so far i was set on a megane (09 or later) as i like the new look and the interior seems quite modern. but trying to source one has proven quite difficult
does anyone have any suggestions for cars that look like this. or any recommendations for cars in my requirements?

You may need to stretch the budget slightly with another £500 to get in to the 2009 model Megane without astronomical miles.
There is some quite nice 2010 Astras for around 2k and you could juts squeeze in to a 2008 Honda Civic which looks modern still.
The Dodge Avenger or Calibur are a lot of car for the money and can be had under £2k. Ok the brand is not great but they look ok.
If you want to be brave there is some nice 2006 year SAAB 9-3 or 9-5 available for around £2K. The 9-3 in particular still looks pretty good and they should still be fairly reliable and most have around 80,000 miles.
There are some real bargains to be had at this price point, not sure if any of these meet your criteria, as its your second car I guess you are not too far in to your 20's so maybe they are a bit "old man" for you.
