Media player that runs off a cigarette lighter?

Evening all,

I have just purchased a car that has integrated TVs in the seats for the whippersnappers. To save me having to convert all of their Blurays to DVD I was wondering if there was a media player out there which could be powered by the cigarette lighter?

The system has an aux socket so I can just plug it straight in there.

Any ideas?

Most portable things are USB charged, so get a USB charger?

Are there any which are powered by USB though? I can't seem to find one.
