I saw a big pride of Lions in the back garden of a house a few years back but Lord Bath said it was quite normal for Longleat.

I am 100% sure that I spotted, a Panther going across a quiet country lane just on the outskirts of a village called Farnborough, near Banbury.

It was back in 2001, & it was just getting dusk. I saw a BIG CAT walking across the lane in front of the car, about 90 foot in front of me!! It put the wind up me thats for sure. Couldn't get home quick enough.

I saw something which looked very much like a panther cross the road late one night in York (near the travel tavern on shipton road). Me, my dad and my grandma saw it and were sure it wasn't a domestic cat, dog or fox.

Also someone I know was on a deer stalk in south west scotland when they shot an ocelot.
