Brake disc choice
Discussion
Evening all
Just about to replace the front brake discs on my Griff 500 and i'm spoilt for choice!
I'm sticking with the standard setup
Has anyone got any preferences for or against the following: original Ford, Brembo, ATE, Delphi, Febi Bilstein.
Or any other suggestions?
Or isn't it going to make much difference?
Thanks Andy

For what its worth, as I haven't fitted them yet, I've gone with keeping them standard, but have a set of Carbon Lorraine pads from Bummie and grooved Nitrac disks with their hardening and blacking treatment. Logic behind being firstly; unsprung weight, as I feel this is important to the cars feel and not forgetting cost. I see it that this set up should give me fantastic sustained braking ability on track whilst maintaining the original spec - not to mention cheaper option.
I know big set ups look sexy though
