Y reg(?) Reflex/chameleon Tuscan (largely purple in colour) at the Ainley Top roundabout by the M62 on Saturday afternoon. I was coming the other way in the gentleman's club on wheels (which no doubt went unnoticed).

Think it's the same car I saw on the back of a trailer last Saturday lunchtime near Marsh/Edgerton in Huddersfield.

Could possibly have been us, but we were out on the friday (Easter), had the roof off, were bloody freezing ! after a sprint from manchester.

If it was us we were`nt on the back of a trailer the week before , Weve only had her two weeks, I dont think we would have coped, But i think there is another reflex purple in the area.

We are having great fun though, would be better if the weather booked up, are praying for a good weekend.

You should come out on one of the Yorkshire runs... get yourself over into that forum & come out to play next time.

Was definitely Saturday afternoon - probably about 2pm or so. How're you doing on the oil consumption/smoke front?

The smoking doesnt seem to be a problem any more but we keep getting low oil pressure whan ticking over, is also only ticking over at 5000 revs so is having a tendancy to cut out when cold, we are taking her over to stockport next weekend for a service, a garage we found in sprint, the guy was very helpful on the phone, used to work on racing TVR`s, are hoping it won`t break the bank !!, thanks for asking

Ah, that'll be Shane at SFR, then.

Low oil pressure + the prior smoking would set a couple of warning bells ringing for me. The tickover's a common problem, and generally not a particularly costly one to fix.
