Hi Guys

Just wondering what the story is if you misplace your Oz wheel cap key. I am sure I have stored it in that safe place that I have forgotton about........... Are they all the same ?? If I can't find it any suggestions/ideas as the 500SE needs a once over before the touring/camping season begins.

Cheers

Access to a grinder, get a bolt that loosely fits the recess a d grind off about 3 ml leaving a pin. Socket on the other end sorted till you find your safe place.you may have to fill the socket with a but for purchase. Best of luck.

As Wild Rover says they are easy to make a replacement tool. Worth having a few around just in case.

I once bought a set from R T Racing. They were having some made at the time and I managed to buy a set. By a set, I mean the key and four bolts. I don't think it's something they keep in stock but might be worth a call. On my present Wedge they have been removed and replaced by a hexagonal key type fitting.

PS. This one's a long shot but you may be able to modify this Vauxhall tool on the Bay item No. 251778134926 and it's not a lot of money, but it's a gamble as it may or may not work.

How about - grind this onto the end of your wedge wheelbrace? THen you always have both in one place.
