Does \clive still supply an adjustable tune resistor to wire in? Although when I fitted mine several years ago it still ran best on the white "standard" setting.

Me too, Clive Y piece with ACT decat headers on standard tune resistor. Runs better than ever

Could be extra air getting in - either induction side or more likely the manifold area. Looks very shiny smile
I (over)used exhaust paste on the Y to manifold flanges to get a good seal, then a very nice man in chesterfield redid it properly...

i would be very interested to hear from you guys who have these manifolds as to how you get on come mot time or do you put cats back for mot.

Just enquire among your local TVRCC group, there's always garages that can help

unfortunatly the tvrcc around here is as much good as a choclate poker but i get your drift but it is getting very difficult as very computer linked results now not operator judgment

I'm not sure how it works these days but my friendly mot man didn't even emissions test mine a few months ago. The regular tester was off at the time so he had to do them, didn't use another car either.
He genuinely thought it didn't need an emissions test so didn't do one!
