Anyone know if these are active? By Penclawydd. Can find a lot online about them being set up but not becoming active

Thanks, long 2 week wait for my 'friend'. Also any idea if front or rear facing?

Not sure which way they face. And I believe its a longer wait than two weeks now as well.
