AmD Technik 911 remaps ? views & anyone else !
Discussion
thinking of getting this done on my 993...
as I've got the sports exhaust & sports air box it would just be a remap.... which could help out my 90k (a bit tired) engine.. sort out the power deliver and torque (would a remap help ? or is the mileage too much ?)
www.auto-amd.com but their 993 site seems to be having a few problems or is that my PC ?
which is £350+vat (price for 993), which involves before and after rolling road plots..
anyone done it there and any opinions (btw.. I used them a lot in my Audi TT days)
although if anyone else interested as we could always get a group buy going to lower the cost !

I had my old 3.2 done by them (Geoff) a few years back and it did release a bit more power. The factory figures for the car showed 231bhp, but mine was only giving about 219bhp.( it was a 1985 model with 133,000 miles on the clock!)
After fettling it rose to 234bhp...not bad for an old'un.
