Donor Advised Foundations

These are big in the US - essentially a DIY charitable fund. The Fidelity one is now the largest charity there I think. Does anyone know of anyone who offers something similar in the UK? I know UBS do, but am not necessarily thinking of seeding mine with their sort of asset levels....
