Range Rover Sport - don't forget to lock it!

Left my RRS (66 plate) on Friday night in the drive but forgot to lock it. Saturday night went to start it and totally dead. Apparently (according to JLR recovery) if you leave the car unlocked the systems remains "active" and drain your battery. Never has any problems with my lovely old 2012 car, this one is not looking so good.....

Did you ever leave your 2012 one unlocked overnight by accident? Sounds like the root cause was you not the car.

Got told that with my MY15 D4 systems keep checking draining the battery.
