Apologies if there is another thread dedicated to this. Please point me in the right direction if there is!

I've just taken the plunge and bought my first Weber (GBS Performer) and want to know where to look for cooking inspiration.

Anybody got any good recipes, tips for using it or handy gadgets I should look into?

I had a go yesterday and all went well but it will take a while to get used to cooking with the lid on!

Well the BBQ recipe and photo thread would be a good place to start! Webers are excellent and will inspire you to move to smokers, no more incinerated meat.. just proper BBQing.

Gadgets - get a chimney to get things started.

3-2-1 ribs are good takes a bit of getting used to controlling the temp but once you nail that it's dead easy.
