Voucher expiry - still alive on the "expiry date"?

[MitchT]

I have a voucher with an expiry date of the 17th. Will I actually be able to use it on the 17th? This is probably the earliest I'll have a chance to use it.

Will the 17th be the first day that it's dead, or the last day that it's alive?

Valid until end of that day usually.

That's what I thought - fingers crossed!
