peer to peer wireless networking

Guys,
If i wanted to setup a basic wireless network connection between 2 PCs; could i get away with 2xUSB adaptors? Or do i need to buy a router and a USB adaptor?

You just need two wireless adaptoprs for the PCs. This is referred to as an "ad hoc" network.

You only need a router to connect two (or more) *networks* together.
