F35's to Lakenheath this weekend?

Facebook is awash with rumours that a small number of American F35's are to be deployed to Lakenheath tomorrow.
Don't shoot the messenger if it turns out to be false, but worth a look if your nearby I guess.

Are the f22's still there that arrived last week.

6 landed this afternoon and it sounds like they're staying for 4-6 weeks. I'm about 40 miles away and had some great views of the F22s last year from my back garden so fingers crossed for these.

8 F22s due in as well today and tomorrow apparently!

It was mega busy when the last batch of f22's arrived.
IE about 300/400 in the fields and cars everywhere.
Some of the parking was seriously rubbish and base security were taking interest in a car right up against the fence.

They're here; it was on local BBC news just now.

Presenter said they can fly at '1,000mph' with a sense of awe... what's that in Mach, 1.3? Doesn't seem so fast to me.
