I really like the car but I think these dials would drive me crazy! Anyone else find them stressful and a bit 90's???

You can overdo the "bring some of the exterior colour" into a car interior and that's it. Either/or the painted centre console or the dials but definitely not both. Personally I'd go for the painted console because otherwise on a 997 it's plastic. You can change them, don't know how much. There's a company that sells after market coloured dials so I am sure you can bring those back to standard.

Contrast stitching I like but on a 997 I want the centre console in leather and dials white thanks.

Painted bits inside remind me of old Fiats

Painted centre consoles look excellent. Body colour dials are an offence and they should never been specced. Is it a reason not to buy the car if it's otherwise your perfect spec? No.

I agree, not difficult to change them to any colour you want (or standard) ..

In fact, I recall from my old 993RS, much cheaper than the option to customise them by Mr P !

Well, maybe I'm just having a funny day but I do like the dials, so if you want to buy the car and go back to stock, let me know. This being said, I don't have a red car, that would perhaps be a bit too much.
