NB: I said COOLEST, not hottest. This is NOT intended to be a list of hotties. A cool woman may or may not also be a hot woman. Many very cool women are also very hot, but many very hot women are deeply uncool.

The rules for this thread are as per the World's Coolest Man Thread, only completely different. Cool for women is not always the same as cool for men.

I'm surprised by the inclusion of Carrie Fisher and I'm a massive Star Wars fan.

Perhaps you are not aware of Carrie Fisher's non Star Wars work and her real life persona. She was one of the wittiest, funniest, sharpest women in the business. Any chat show with Carrie Fisher on was guaranteed to be hilarious. She was much troubled by alcohol and drug abuse, and bipolarity, and spoke honestly of these things. Check out the excellent documentary abut her and her mum Debbie Reynolds (also way cool), and see also the four minute tribute to her on the Star Wars Facebook page.
