Seriously though, I haven't. Seen one or two where i live at the moment though.
Then you need to come and live here, Trevor! While I know of 4 or 5 peeps who live within a 10 mile radius of EG with them, I have seen numerous TVRs trundling through/past who either do not live here or perhaps are not aware of the delights of Pistonheads. The man in the black Chimaera for starters!

I do, sort of! Actually, our postal address is Kentish, but physically we are in East Sussex by about 200 yards. We're 10 minutes from EG, so I class it as my "home town" (rather than Edenbridge, which I class as a pikey scum dump!)
Of course, when we're being reet posh we say we live near T Wells!

Haywards Heath is only 15 minutes down the road (cross-country, rally cross stylee!) and, on average, enjoys a warmer climate!

Take your time Trevor! There's always houses coming on the market, and it is a buyers market, so you are in a good position. Something will pop along soon! If you are struggling, you can pitch a tent in our field!

Yeah we are taking our time, dare I say it we are looking at a house in Old Coulsdon tomorrow
just keeping our options open really, we like the area, just like EG better. Like you say something will come on the market that ticks 9/10 boxes and that will be the one.
Tent in field is an idea though
