Bike MOT in Newcastle

If you're from Newcastle you'll already know, but if you're not from Newcastle it might be useful. Armstrongs at the bottom of Westgate Road are proper. Go there, if you need an MOT in Newcastle.

Also, is £220 for a strip down and ultrasonic clean of the carbs on an SRAD GSXR 600 reasonable? Sounds it, but figured I'd ask.

They are very well known locally with a good reputation and bookings to match. Ring ahead if you're looking for work done. A mate of mine was looking at six weeks for some cylinder work from them in spring a couple of years ago.

Whilst I'm from the Midlands, I'm spending more and more time in the Newcastle/Gateshead area these days and I have an old 1150GS which lives up there and is coming up to needing an MOT - just checking that Armstrong's is still where I should be taking it!
