time lapse videos

if I take a time lapse series on my camera, is there a program that will turn them into a video? Preferably Mac based would be good, but can do windows too...

Any decent movie editing software will do it.

Hint:

Use a photo editing program (Photoshop, et al) and reinterperate your photos in video standard pixels prior to import and you will get better results.

thanks for the replies. I was just in the middle of fiddling around in iMovie when my flatmate walked in and showed me that its a 2 second job to do in Quicktime. Result!
