Order of buttons changes depending on screen size

In desktop mode, the comedy huge lozenge buttons are in the order "Reply", "Bookmark", and "Watch". However, if you view on a mobile device or shrink your desktop browser window to the point at which it responsively changes to mobile mode, this changes to "Bookmark", "Watch", and then "Reply".

Tested under Firefox 53 and Chrome 58.0 under Windows 7 64-bit, and also on Android 7.1.1 default browser.

Quick update on this;

It was decided to order the buttons this way on desktop/mobile because on Desktop users are more likely to click on the button positioned at the right-hand side, but for mobile it's the opposite!
