Well you klnow what they say about the the best laid plans. My master plan to buy an SV650s as my first large bike in April have been scuppered due to an imploding house, a growing family and a corresponding shrinking wallet.
Rather than give up the idea all together I was toying with the idea of getting an old trail style road bike instead, thinking it would still be fun but cheaper to run and but.
Any ideas, budget = £1000, must be reliable, fun to ride and cope with occasional use. I am 6ft so am assuming the size if the bike wont be an issue.
