Hi
Well today was a lot of wedge fun, with the help from Simon and wife, Paul and Colin we got 8 of my cars to Rushden.
The organisers have given us a new position for my display this year, which is nice as we have a hedge as a back drop instead of the back of a catering wagon. So all I have to do is go along tomorrow in my Cerbera and then uncover the cars and spend three days showing people TVRs which at present are mainly wedges.
The show/event is on for all three days of this Bank holiday weekend. I have room on the stand for any other TVR owner. The site is just off the A6 between Bedford and Rushden. If anybody wants to come just get in contact for Free entry, (01480 350911 or 07906 462906)
Monday is the best day as the show organisers like me to take the cars into the show arena and that means any TVR which are there. If you do want to come you need to be there by 10.30 other wise they will put you in the public car park. This year we are displaying the Tas 200 with its sill's off so people can see the worst thing you can expect if they were to buy a wedge, and how easy its to repair etc.

Hi
Well the weather was not as good as the forecast, but we still had a good crowd and I was kept very busy answering questions. When I had a brief lull in the crowd I managed to take a few pics of the cars, with there roofs off and the bonnets open. The number of people who were surprised to see the range of engines available in the wedge line up was interesting.
Sorry today's pics were taken with an old box brownie!!!!!

The main question I was asked today was if or when are TVR's going to be made again, If the weather plays along with us then I can see more of the same being asked over the next two days, it will be nice to be able to pass on the news about the new factory and the new car.
So let's hope the weather stays the same if not better, and hopefully we still have dry weather for Monday, as it looks like I will have nine drivers for all nine of my cars, for the arena display in the afternoon. Which should be nice to see especially if the other TVRs make it along on Monday to join in!
Hopefully I can some how get some pics taken of the arena display, so they can be posted up.

Just been to the Rushden show where i saw Andy and he kindly let me drive one of his cars round the main ring. Its fantastic to drive around with eight other TVRs showing them off to the public. Andy was on the mike telling people all about the cars with his great knowledge of the breed. A great day out. Thanks Andy.
