Hi,

Just upgraded my phone and I now have the ability to shoot RAW on my phone.

I always shoot RAW on my D750, import to DXO Optics Pro on my MacBook, edit, upload the RAW files to my Amazon drive and save my edited JPEGS to my Apple 'photos' so I can sync across all devices.

DXO optics pro doesn't work with IPhone and although my best shots will be on the D750, I always have my phone with me so I'd like to be bale to shoot RAW and process on my IPad if possible if I'm away from my MacBook

Would adobe Lightroom be the program of choice to use going forward?

Capture on Dslr or iPhone, edit on MacBook or iPad, send RAW files to Amazon drive as backup and save the edited JPEGS into my Apple 'photos' albums?

Comments and advice most welcome.

think you need a third party camera app

Even using a third party app, the phone needs to be 6S or later.

I've got a 7 and downloaded Lightroom over the weekend.

Seems ok at the moment. Syncing across all devices and the phone can even shoot HDR (3 RAW images merged together that makes a 48 mb file!)

I just need to learn how to use Lightroom now instead of my DXO Optics Pro!!!!!
