Brian Johnson's Life On The Road

Thought I'd post it here as I know there are a fair few that like a decent music related tv show.

Just watched and really enjoyed it, Brian meets up with various artists and they discuss 'Life On The Road.'
The first one featured Roger Daltrey and as well as the pair of them sitting together and chewing the fat you get some good history of the band from right back in the day and how crazy it was at times, also some great old footage and some funny stories.

Well worth a watch in my opinion. Up and coming episodes will feature Nick Mason, Lars Ulrich, Joe Elliot, Sting and Robert Plant.

Watched 4 episodes this weekend. Very enjoyable.
Brian Johnson looks so at ease with these top performers as he is himself and genuinely looks like he's enjoying his time spent with them.

I watched the old Nick Mason one again the other evening, purely by accident. Had seen the others previously. I like Brian, he's bloody good at doing this.
Glad to hear Series 2 is on. Didn't realise.

Like above, can't wait to see Mick Fleetwood one.

Followed the Mac in all incarnations since the 60s. Be interesting to hear something new that I've not heard from Mr Wonderful himself.

The only thing I don't like about Mick is if he does a drum solo, but then never been a fan of any drum solo (apparently he's doing one, plus bongos, with the new Mac line-up (ie no Lindsay). The best drum solo he ever did was at an open concert, small crowd, at Bath City Football club Twerton Park in the dark in May 1970. Those in charge pulled the power once it was past their allotted time, so Greeny, Kirwan, Spencer, and McVie couldn't play (although they did 'hit' and 'bang' stuff - while Mick kept on drumming seemingly for ever!

Will be seeing them (new line up) at Wembley in June (roughly a week prior to him turning 72). Please don't do a drum solo Mick!
