Where can I get a medical quickly?

Posted this on 'General Motorsport', but need a few more replies as I need this quite urgently.

I need a medical before I can take my ARDS test in 2 weeks @ Mallory, but cannot get one at my doctors for 7 weeks! And they will charge £120 for the priviledge.

Anyone know of a private doctor I could use in the Beds/Herts area? Preferably cheaper?

On my ARDS course they had a doctor present. It might be worth ringing the circuit

Why do you think a high proportion of new Porkas get sold to Doctors then .
Do you not have a local 'medical centre' that can do this sort of thing .

Bupa offer that service, even if you're not a member, can't imagine it will be cheap though.

Local centre only does this once every 3 weeks and I am on holiday for the next one!

I am a member of BUPA - maybe that will be my option?

i hate to say this, but it's not an nhs medical, it's a private medical you need, and £120 is not a bad price to pay normally you're looking at the £100-200 price range, if you don;t come up with any better options, drop me an email
