Hi I've got a small ultra sonic cleaning bath Need to clean a small carb off a mower What's the best cleaning fluid to use.Dont won't to wreck the cleaning bath cos it's her in doors for her Tomfoolery! Last time it was the dish washer doubling as a degreasing cabinet Didn't get any browny points !

I use this stuff:

Nothing to suggest it is better than any other degreaser but it works....

Get one from Aldi or Lidl when they have them on.

40% white vinegar
60% water
2-3 drops Washing up liquid

Run it on 20-30 minute cycle, depending on how gunged up it is.

Usually just carb/intake cleaner spray will do. Poke sandwich tie wire thru the jets, gently. Careful on reassembling bowl so as not to crush rubber gasket.

Don't use brake cleaner!
