Picked my lovely guards red 911 up a couple of weeks ago, happy days until its now a target of every bird in the area and is constantly getting sh*t on!

There is three trees near my house on neighbours gardens and one of them I presume has the bird's nest in it.
Does anyone have a recommendation on how to prevent this other than shooting them out which I would like to do.

Take the car for a wash on the morn and by the evening there is about 5 bird sh*ts on it.

You need to stop taking them out. Or stop finding them on PoF.

Yes, I need to stop wasting time on the internet and go and do something worthwhile. Time to look at the MX5 blowing exhaust.

If it's really as bad as you make out i'd be looking for a car cover.

Absolute pain in the arse!

A cover would be the best solution but again seems a pain as I am usually in & out through the day so would be forever putting it on/off.
Just came across this what maybe worth a punt for the sake of £15.

Go out to your driveway and eat a big bowl of scrambled eggs, so that they know what you're capable of.

Have the same problem. Bought a 'Hawk Kite' bird scarer. It's a kite with a print of a hawk. One metre wide and looks pretty scary! It hangs on a bendy type pole, which you stick in the ground near the car and the kite flies around.
seems to have been sucessful, so far!

Available on Amazon.

We've got seagulls nesting on the office rooftop so everyone's cars are getting a bit of a pasting just now.

Car was spotless this morning, ended up cleaning 3 massive sts off it this evening - the properly nasty brown ones too. Over the course of the day one of them has burnt into the paintwork so there's now a nice hologram mark of a st down the side of the car. Had a go with cutting compound by hand but it's not shifting it...

Oi seagulls - why don't you fk off back to sea, s. furious

Seagulls is a misnomer. They're just gulls. They live both on the coast and inland but don't really go out very far to sea. They have a good life living around humans finding our rubbish to be an easy meal.
