In the last week my car has visited Track V Road, Surface & Design and today finally Tony Banks (exhaust) for some pre Spa fettling.

My thanks to all three for the usual fantastic service and helping me get ready.

I've swapped and poly bushes both front upper wishbones, swapped the front Gaz for Nitron then a geometry check oh and swapped out some gauges. Tony then swapped my exhaust for one more suited to the Duratec (quieter) which sounds really awesome.

The front end of the car feels better than it has ever been so I'm really happy.

Just a set of blue rinses and a quick map at Nobel this week and I am good to go.

Really excited for the trip smile

Hello

More updates.. just had an update from Noble, new exhaust etc needed a quick map to optimise, the work is now completed and the results are in.. 246bhp and 216 lb/ft of torque..

We tried a difffernt VVT strategy and this along with other mods have smoothed out the torque and hence power curves nicely.. see below new run is solid last year dashed..

Just need tyres fitted a wash and polish and I'm ready to start packing smile for spa.

I can't wait to see how she feels on the road smile

Many thanks to Noble in Chesterfield for this work.

Belgian weather forecast doesn't look that way.......28° & sun on Wednesday, Thursday/Friday/Saturday/Sunday 17° & rain.....Monday, 21° & sun !! FFS !

We also appear to be out of virgins to offer the weather gods.......... biggrin

Wonderfully simple that one Glen.

I do find it funny that the 'S' crowd seem to get on so well with the Bluerinse and yet other model groups seem to think they are 'not grippy enough'.
