Was wandering around the Meadowhall Shopping Centre in Sheffield earlier today and couldn't help but notice the adverts for the forthcoming Supercar Experience featuring Lamborghini, Ferrari, Porsche, Aston Martin, Maserati, Mercedes, BMW and many more cars to drool over which is due to take place next Saturday 13th May from 10am - 3pm.

Ah, well that explains why the satnav was providing us with unusual directions.
We actually drove up from Nottingham but chose not to go north on the M1 and for a change went northbound via the A614 past Worksop and various country lanes, so avoided most of the chaos on the M1 on the exit roundabout to Meadowhall, which to be quite honest is a dogs dinner at the best of times thanks to some useless road planners who quite obviously don't drive very often.
It took us for ever to get out of the damn place because it was totally gridlocked. Not helped by the diabolical traffic lights and shocking road markings.
The shops in Meadowhall open on Saturday at 9am - 8pm and parking is plentiful and free should you decide to do a little shopping.
