Could someone please do a search on their computer for the file scale_en.dll please? I've reinstalled several times but its no use, my pc can't find this file!

I know where to get a copy of it, just need to know where to put it.

Cheers

I've got Photoshop CS, but that file is not on my system.

Are you sure it's supplied with Photoshop?

Hmmm. Whell when I load up Elements, I get an error box that says 'PhotoshopElements.exe: Scale_en.dll can't be found, reinstalling may solve this problem'. I click OK and the programme works fine. Puzzling me though.

I have Photoshop CS and it's not on my machine either. Could it be to do with a plugin you have installed?

Or is it a file peculiar to Elements?

Have CS installed too now and I get the same error then. But I did install Elements first. Hmmmm, curiouser and curiouser.

As already mentioned, could it be a plug-in? Have you got a digital camera?

UCAM Still Enhancement library : Universal CAMera maybe?

Might be worth reinstalling your digicam software if you do have one.

A quick search on Intel's site led to this:

Intel® Home PC Camera
Cannot install or update camera driver

Intel

Have you got a Intel Camera?
