He's his father's son alright
Prince Philip is the real expert at this.
Can't see the problem myself, the press insult and attack the Royal family (and why not!) so its only fair for the occasional comment to be returned - and it was a private comment to his son!.
Still, it doesn't come close to Prince Philip's question about whether some dodgy wiring in a factory was done by indians (i suspect he meant cowboys :hehe)!

On the telly they're calling it a PR nightmare. In fact, I reckon he's gained a few more friends for describing the media for what they really are. And the media don't like it!
They had Thatcher's PR bloke on News24 saying the public would warm to him a bit more now, the presenters were desperately trying to get him to say it was a PR disaster in the run up to his wedding but this geyser kept dismissing it as a non-story and it showed he was human.
Good on him.

Definitely! Even in the finest hotels India can offer, the wiring is distinctly dodgy!

Go on Charlie. Punch a journo from ME!
Wonderful!
Journalism is a perfectly honourable profession. Many journos are honest, decent and reasonable - and treat public figures and interviews honestly and do not misrepresent what they say. But there are a significant minority that are utter t
ts and deserve a sound hiding on a daily basis. Go, go, go, heir to the throne. Don't just take the piss - hit one!Gassing Station | The Pie & Piston Archive | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff

Good for him for saying it!
