Hi

This is in regards to a flat held on a long lease. If the lease stated that the demised area included the 'ceiling and roof' would you interpret that as meaning the loft space as well?

In other words would the long leaseholder have the legal right to develop the loft with permission from the freeholder not unreasonably withheld?
