Sunrise in Liverpool

Some friends want to do a "dawn raid" photo session with their sports cars. Early start and parking in iconic Liverpool location to capture cars and sunrise.
I'm asking for advice as to locations with regard the sun position (in late July) as it rises

This might help, put in the time/date and select your exact location and you can see where the sun comes up and where it passes throughout the day.
