Evening chaps, anyone gone this route?

Just curious at this stage to understand from other who have done it the options, experiences, costs, outcomes etc.

I was 17 when hair started falling out, by 21 completely gone (just hair round the outsides), have always had my hair done on #1 and #0 but now do it by shaving head.

If you are in the earlier stages of thinning (say, your twenties) then don't do it yet, as you may well have to have it done again later when other areas start thinning - you can also have some odd looking hair patterns as a result!

I'm 38 and have been shaving my head bald for 15 years. I hate it and would have it done in a heart beat but I can't afford it unfortunately.

Wayne rooney has spent a fortune and it doesn't look that great. I have also heard of many having it done but still having to use hair thickening sprays etc.

I'm not sure weather having it done abroad is an option?

There are now quite a few different options for hair thinning. Everyone assumes that hair transplant is the only option but in actual fact the vast majority of sufferers do not undergo the procedure but rather non-surgical methods including medications, PRP and stem cell therapy.

guy I vaguely know had it done in turkey, don't think it was much at all.

Only saw him very soon after, but think it looked pretty good, and said it was much much cheaper obviously then the uk
