I need to refurb my wheels as they have all been scuffed. I was looking at some hammerite paint but am not sure if it is any good? Can anyone recommend some good type on paint that isn't too expensive? The wheels are the oem mk6 zs fiesta wheels in the original metallic silver. I would preferably want the paint to be the same colour in case they get chipped in the future. Thanks

Take them to a professional and have them stripped, primered and powercoated.

Not sure where you are in the UK, but here in Manchester £200 will get you a drive in same day service for a full refurb on a set of 4 wheels up to 20". Full strip down and powder coat whatever colour you want. It's not worth doing it yourself. The finish won't be as good either.

Here you go, even the right colour for Ford alloys.
