I had this with a 130tdci at 300,000ish.

Wasn't the flywheel, but I took it off the road before I investigated the problem.

Wheel bearing? Turn left and right on a quiet bit of road and see if loading up one front wheel changes the vibration. You can then work out which side is the problem.

Could be a tyre bulge.

Damper gone soft allowing the wheel to oscillate up and down?

Bucked wheel or tyre worn out on inside edge.
