Euro cylinder wont budge
Discussion
Bought some new cylinders for front and back doors. Front one replaced no problem, but rear just wont budge.
Removed retaining screw as usual, wouldn't budge so removed handles. There's an allen key screw below the cylinder, removed that and still wont budge. Smack with a hammer in case it's just stuck, moved both the cylinder and the block it's embedded in. Can't see any other useful screws that might in any way affect the cylinder. Some pics below, can anyone offer advice? The multipoint system is Winkhaus if that changes things.

The Winkhaus website seems to indicate there is only the one fixing screw, but it does mention the lock being pinched by the mechanism:

Hi there... I know it’s three years later! But did you get to the bottom of this lock? I have the same one on the house I have just purchased...
Can’t get it out! Just wondering if you found a solution?
Cheers andy

The Lock is encased in an anti snap device so the whole lot comes out and it s 2 little grub screws that connect the anti snap device to the lock.
I couldn t get it back on because thumb locks but the new locks are anti snap anyway.
