The sun is shining, the birds are singing and the cows gently mooing. But, I'm about to change all that by taking a long, loud blast in the countryside in my Tiv.

I've just told people that I'm off to visit a (ficticious) supplier this afternoon!

Give me the open frog!

Frog? Are you being racist? I have decided to speak for the French here and insist that you remove that word from your post.

Have a great afternoon you lucky blighter - you've got me thinking now...

I have a niggling feeling you'll be experiencing withdrawal symptoms from PH!

Anyway...have fun! The sun has broken through here, too.

Actually, I didn't because I watched "Contact" on Channel Five. However, I wish I had gone and bought a film because I thought the movie, though a great concept, was pretty awful - and about 20 minutes too long.

I shall be leaving discretely at 1:15 - when most of the staff are off to lunch.

Now that was fun. Blasted from Basingstoke to Winchester (on the A31, not the motorway). Then the A272 to Petersfield. Had a half a pint and read of the Newspaper. Then blasted back to Alton and finally back to Basingstoke down the A339. Used half a tank of petrol - but well worth it.

The a31 doesnt go near basingstoke, a33 maybe? lovely quite fast road that one, especialy that bit along side the M3 where you can go faster than the motorway traffic
