SPEEDING, ADVICE PLEASE!

I know this is in the wrong group but I've only just created an account and it won't let me post in the law group!

I was caught doing 90 in a 60 on 29th October 2016, I received a NIP and declared that I was the driver and all that and nervously awaited my court summons! I understand that the Police have up to 6 months to lay the information to the Court and then the court send me a summons date which from what I've read usually takes no longer than a month!

Its now been 6 months and almost 3 weeks since the offence date and I'm praying that I get lucky and I get nothing back as I already have 6 points and will have to try and fight getting banned or my licence taken away!

What are the chances of getting lucky here?

Although I think you may have been lucky here if it's passed 6 months.

Six months to get the court process running. Then add the court getting off its bottom.
