E63 Cooling Fan Problem

Howdy all, my 2013 E63 has developed a fan problem this morning. Switched the car on and almost immediately the radiator cooling fan switch on and will not turn off.
No warning lights or heating issues and car drives fine etc.
Any thoughts? I am assuming a faulty sensor or switch of some sort?

Have you put the air con/auto climate on 1st thing? some cars kick in the radiator cooling fan when ambient temps are warm, as we're having today on this barmy hot May day !
If the coolant temp is normal when driving then I would not concern yourself, if you are concerned, ask an indy with STAR to hook it up while its happening for peace of mind.
Hope this helps. Also check filler cap after the engine has worked for any milky/mayonnaise residue, just incase it is something sinister.
