How to change the countdown timer on this Casio

I dug out my ancient Casio this morning, to give to one of my children. It works fine with a new battery.

The watch has a countdown timer, which is set at 5 minutes and I cannot work out how to change it to another time. Can anyone recognise the watch from my awful photos and tell me if / how the countdown timer can be adjusted for different times please?



Though it's difficult to tell, the watch has three buttons that can be pushed with fingers (two on the right and one bottom left) and top left is one that requires a pen to push it.

I've downloaded the destructions and yes, Hoofy was correct. The non-button toggles between yacht timer and countdown timer.
