My car lift arrived today

....and Claremont has managed to get my air-con working today as well - ready for Le Mans.

I'm sure there's an attractive lady advertises those on Discovery Home & Leisure as some kind of personal work-out trainer. Looks dead neat.

That hedge of yours definitely needs a trim and what's up with those PJ's hanging up, well suspect.
No naked women on the workshop walls, wass up with that too???

Take a closer look, there're several

As for cost, 1K + vat + £70 delivery - it comes on a lorry and weighs in at 270 kilos so some mates are needed to help unload the lift into position. The 4 axle stands are now in the garage as well. Fully retracted they are just under 3' high and are also very heavy. They will reach higher than the lift BTW. I got these a bit cheaper as I bought the lot together (£200). Ordered from Holden.co.uk - phone number on the site. Machine Mart do a very similar lift but it is a bit more expensive and is lighter built and rated at 1800kg max lift as opposed to 2000kg. Both have a lift Height just over a meter.
